			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Harvard Road Race Association is excited to be hosting three races again for the 2012 racing season : The Great Harvard 4th of July Race, The Apple Harvard Ramble 5 and 10 milers and the Harvard Kids Trail race. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Nashoba Valley Grand Prix (aka the NVGP) running series has just concluded its 2011 innagural season. The runners completed the final race (Ayer Firefighter Thanksgiving Day 5k) yesterday and the full <a title="nvgp results" href="http://www.nvgp.org">results </a>have been posted.</p>
<p>The cash prizes for first, second and third will be mailed out on Monday, 11/28.</p>
<p>All runners who completed the series received a pint glass with NVGP logo and a pair of knit gloves. We hope that everyone enjoyed the series and comes back to run next year. Please check the web-site in January of 2012 for the races in next year&#8217;s series.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Despite an ice storm that knocked out power to most of Massachusetts and 100% of Harvard, the kids trail race went on with some big efforts from Marisa and Bob Steele clearing the course. Thanks to both of them as well as all of the volunteers and the <a title="Bolton Conservation Commission" href="http://www.townofbolton.com/pages/BoltonMA_Conservation/index" target="_blank">Bolton Conservation Commission</a> for allowing us to host the event at beautiful Bowers Springs .</p>
<p>We held two races today, one for the kids 8 and under and one for kids 9 &#8211; 12. It appears that all had fun. The <a title="2011 Kids Trail Race results" href="http://www.coolrunning.com/results/11/ma/Nov6_Harvar_set2.shtml" target="_blank">results </a>and <a title="Kids Trail 2011 pics" href="http://www.harvardraces.org/?page_id=80&amp;album=11&amp;gallery=31" target="_blank">pictures </a>have been posted.</p>
<p>We hope that everyone enjoyed our races this year and comes back next year. Enjoy the Fall and Winter!</p>
