The Harvard Road Race Association is proud to present a unique race just for kids! The Harvard Invitational Kids Cross Country Race takes place in Harvard, MA on well-marked trails:

Why: FUN! Come out for an afternoon of fitness, fun & competition participating in a cross country race. Each child receives a ribbon for finishing. Prizes for age group winners will be presented after the race. Post-race refreshments will also be provided.

Cost: $5 / child

Age groups: Under 7 (parent must accompany child during run), 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 (based on age day of meet)

How far: Under 7, 7-8, 1 mile; 9-10, 11-12, 1.25 miles; 13-14, 1.5 miles (Distances are approximate)

When: Sunday, November 1, 2009 First race starts promptly at 2 pm
